Grape : Baco
No ageing in barrels. 

The blanche Aoc takes its legitimacy in 2005 and its clear flow at the exit of the still, it can be declined by the blend of different varieties of grape of armagnac or as a pure grape variety. 

Tasting notes : 
« With its complex nose mixing notes of pear and lightly stewed banana, this blanche takes us on an appetizer which reveals a roundness and power which let burst forth a fireworks of flavors mixing the fruits of the orchard and some aromas flowers enhanced with a soft, brioche and honeyed finish. Its explosiveness can be enjoyed chilled or frosted, pure or in a cocktail. »
